Why we're hosting this
The annual life review deserves far more attention than it gets.
I've done an annual life review every December for 17 years, and I wrote Life in Perspective to share how I do it. But my way is one way.
Everyone on this lineup has their own practice, shaped by different work and different lives. I asked them to share their best ideas, so you can see the range of what an annual life review can look like and borrow what fits you.
You don't need to have read the book to get something out of this. Whether this will be your first review or your fifteenth, each new perspective adds something to the practice.
That's why we're doing this. Looking back on your year is one of the most valuable habits I know, and I want more people to discover it.
